We have commenced a new project called “INDIA HOUSE”( B+G+19), a residential building with land area of 24,428 Sq.ft. at the Jumeira village , Dubai , plot no.JVC12PHRS003.The total built up area of this project is 205,000 Sq.ft. which consist s of 2 Duplex Luxury Apartments, 16 Duplex Apartments and 32 Double Bedroom Apartments. We also have the gym and the swimming pool as additional amenities to this project. A total of 108 parking area is being constructed for the apartments.
