Mr. AYUB ISMAL AGA

He has been in U.A.E. for over 20 years and has vast experience in trading, real-estate & development & contracting businesses. Mr. Ayub was a trader in India and migrated to the United Arab Emirates in 1987. Starting with a trading business in the U.A.E. from 1987 to 1994, he went on to set up his own contracting business with the name and style of Adnan Contracting L.L.C. in 1994. Gradually building his group in a planned manner, he started diversifying his activities and commenced a management consultant firm known as Ayub Business Administration which later came to be known as Adnan Management Consultants catering to human resource recruitment and project management. In 2004 he established Adnan Commercial Brokers, which was created to lease buildings in Dubai’s prime locations primarily as furnished residential apartments. Furthermore he ventured into the hospitality industry by acquiring a Hotel Apartments building. With an approach to manage operations in a cost effective manner, Mr. Ayub has over a period of time successfully designed, developed and implemented strategic milestones for his group. He has always been an inspirational leader and fulfills a motivational role for his workers through chairing of all meetings. He assumes responsibility to implement, improve upon and come up with creative ideas to run the organization effectively and efficiently. As a legally responsible individual, he ensures conformity of rules and regulations set-out in corporate law.

Mr.AYMAN HAMDI KHADER

He holds the BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and construction Management from North Carolina State University, US. He’s innovative and has creative thinking and analytical skills to interpret complex information. He has been working in UAE for more than 10 years. He has keen interest in both infrastructure systems and the built environment, and in making the best use of resources. He has leadership potential and the ability to work well with others in a team, displaying sound judgments at all times. He is persuasive in written and oral communication and has a good grasp of science, math and technology, relevant law and health and safety matters, he makes sure to meet all deadlines. He has been managing Project Finance, planning expenses, monitoring the financial efficiency and factual financial reporting.

Operations Manager

Mr. MOHANNAD AL NABOLSI

He has more than 15 years of experience in managing and executing projects in the building field. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Aleppo, Syria. He has been in U.A.E for over 15 years. He has proven ability to manage, coordinate and supervise project staff. Furthermore he ensures that all projects are completed on time so that there is no wastage for the clients in all aspects. He coordinates with the consultants for smooth performance. He has excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well as a team member. He is a strategic planner with expertise in analyzing existing systems and procedures, preparing business plans and facilitating effective decision making. He has solid planning and organizational skills in coordinating all the aspects of projects from inception to completion. He oversees production and function of a business along with setting guidelines and making sure employees are doing their job. He encourages employee’s input and provides frequent coaching. His extensive knowledge, vast experience and leadership abilities have helped the business to achieve its goals.

Mr. MOHAMED EL NAGGAR

With more than 16 years of experience, he has developed an excellent engineering and management experience that has been enhanced through continuous exposure to wide range of commercial, residential, industrial, hotels and hospitals projects with major clients such as EMAAR Properties, Dubai Municipality, Dubai International Airport, DEWA, Abu Dhabi distribution Company (ADDC), Al Dar Property, Al Dar Academy among many others and has improved his ability to manage and control several projects. Working on all of these types of projects development and construction for years had provided him a solid experience with wide range of skills and a deep experience in leadership and creative problem solving at various situations which requires determining fast and accurate creative solutions. Furthermore, he has a solid knowledge of full life cycle of projects from designing stage up-to completion and handing over. He has many achievements during his years of experience, one of which is managing professionally residential and commercial projects during financial crisis years in cost-value and cost-control methodologies which allowed him to successfully complete the projects although reduced, tide and limited funds.
